1 cup alfalfa sprouts
4 mint sprigs
Handful of parsley
Wash all vegetables and fruit. Peel cucumber if not organic and slice to fit juicer. Peel lemon if you want a milder lemon taste. Slice lemon to fit your juicer. Process all ingredients. Stir and drink.
¼ cup cantaloupe
1 sweet potato
1 white potato
