Recipe for a Healthy Energy Snack

Make your own healthy snack. Easy, Simple and take very little time to put together and it taste GOOD!

Energy Balls
1 cup of nut butter (almond, walnut, cashew, peanut butter0
1 to 2 tsp. of protein powder (hemp or rice for good low-allergy protein)
1/3 cup of sweetener (honey, organic jam, brown rice syrup etc.)
1 Tbsp. flaxseed

Additional items you can add:
Coconut flakes
Sunflower seeds
Oatmeal (gluten free)
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix and match each time you make your Energy Balls snack.

Eating smaller meals and having snacks in between meal times is healthy for our bodies and easy on our digestive system.
